Office Manager Qualification and Job description:

We are looking a fresh graduate female to work as a secretary for our medical services head office.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor or high diploma degree. preferably an administrative business degree.
  • Fresh graduate female is preferred. No experience is required.
  • Arabic and moderate English speaker is a must.
  • Office Software Skills such as Word, Excel and power point is a mandatory.

 

Job Description

1- Communication skills Arabic and moderate English 

Good verbal and written communication are required to complete daily tasks, such as emailing clients or employees, answering phone calls and greeting guests when working at the front of the office.

 

2- Computer and technical skills

You Need to complete a majority of administrative duties on computer using software tools.

You must also know how to use other basic pieces of office equipment, like printers or scanners.

 

3- Meeting minutes, quick typing and daily note taking.

You must take notes during meetings. You should have note-taking skills in order to quickly write down essential information and daily assigned tasks.

 

4- Reporting

You will be reporting to the General Manager of our company. Daily and Monthly reports are required. Reporting must be an essential work task of working everyday.

5- Document filing

Sorting different forms of company information in organizational filing system and detailing it in a folder or file.

6- Basic Customer service abilities

when working with customers, you need to ensure maintaining positive relationships and company image.

Ability to work under pressure and handling unhappy customers. 

 

7- Time-management

Executives may assign several tasks and projects at once that you're expected to submit within tight deadlines. Refrain from forgetting any assigned task on important projects.

8- Market researches and competitors data collection

At times You might be assigned to conduct a certain Market researches in Arabic or English languages.
